VJR Estate (“we”, “our”, “the App”) provides verified rental-income property listings, including PG buildings, commercial buildings, and other income-generating assets. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you access our mobile application and related services (“Services”).
To access certain features, the App requires user login.
We use Google Sign-In through Firebase Authentication. During this process, we collect:

Email address
Basic Google account authentication information (handled directly by Firebase)
We do not collect phone numbers, addresses, documents, or any additional personal details.
Your information is used only for:
Logging in through Google Sign-In
Creating and managing your user account
Providing access to property listings and in-app features
Maintaining app functionality and security
We do not use your information for advertising, tracking, analytics, personalization, or behavioural profiling.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.
We use the following Firebase services:
Used only to verify identity and enable Google Sign-In.
May store your name and email solely for account management.
Firebase services are operated by Google and follow industry-standard security and encryption.
We do not use Firebase Analytics, Firebase Ads, or any tracking-related Firebase modules.
The App does not request or use sensitive permissions such as:
Location
Camera
Microphone
Contacts
Storage / files
Phone state
If future features require additional permissions, you will be informed and prompted for consent.
The App does not display advertisements.
No advertising SDKs are integrated.
No device identifiers or behavioural data are collected.
No third-party trackers, cookies, or analytics tools are used.
Your activity inside the App is not monitored or profiled.
Your name and email may be stored in Firebase’s secure cloud infrastructure.
Firebase protects data using encryption, controlled access, and industry-standard security practices.
If you request account deletion, all stored personal data is permanently removed from Firebase.
The App is intended for users aged 18 and above.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
If such data is detected, it will be deleted.
We retain personal data only while your account is active.
Once your account is deleted, all related data stored in Firebase is permanently removed.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect new features, changes in Firebase services, or legal requirements.
Updates will be posted on this page with a new Effective Date.
